Ride into Kegel Harley-Davidson and have your bike blessed by fellow rider, Rennie Elvin.

KVA SAFETY & AWARENESS PARADE

Following the arrival of the parade, Kegel H-D will be serving a FREE Hot Dog Lunch and hosting a Bike Blessing performed by avid rider Rennie Elvin.

ABATE of IL - Kishwaukee Valley Chapter, INC. will be leading a Safety & Awareness Parade from Carlson Ice Arena.

- Parade Line up starts at 10 AM at Carson Ice Arena

WHAT IS A BIKE BLESSING?

A Bike Blessing is an annual tradition in which riders of motorcycles or bicycles are blessed by a priest in the hope that it will bring safety for the coming season. 

MORE ABOUT RENNIE ELVIN

Rennie Elvin is a long-time rider and Harley enthusiast who has dedicated endless hours to supporting fellow riders and growing the motorcycle community. 

In addition to coordinating benefit rides for fallen riders, Rennie also spends time supporting local charities, such as Ms. Carly's. 

His charm and larger than life personality makes him a prime candidate for performing biker wedding ceremonies, and he does that too. 

Rennie doesn't stop there, his commitment to the riding community carries over to the web. He acts as an admin for a popular Sturgis Facebook Group with over 47K members.

BLESS YOUR BRISKET RIDE - POSTPONED

The ride that was originally scheduled to follow the Bike Blessing on April 30th has been postponed until Saturday, June 11th.
