Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In order to show our support to those who have been, or will be, effected by disease, we are offering a free breast cancer awareness gift with the purchase of anything pink.

According to www.breastcancer.org, "About 1 in 8 U.S. women (about 13%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime."

With that being said, if you or a loved one has been recently diagnosed, you are not alone.

You can join the NBCF's Virtual National Support Group.

Meetings are hosted the second Wednesday of every month from 12:00 PM 0 1:00 PM CST.

Reservations are encouraged. Limited space is available.

If you are looking for local support, OSF Healing Pathways Cancer Resource Center is a community of caregivers committed to helping cancer patients, survivors and their families live better during and after cancer treatment at no charge.

Remember, when when breast cancer is detected early, it can be treated more successfully, increasing the chances for survival.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc will email you FREE copy of 3 Steps to Early Detection.
