Got a sweet tooth and a passion for riding? Then this one's for you!
Bikers Against Child Abuse® Blackhawk Chapter is back and inviting riders and supporters to join them for a Sweet Ride on Saturday, July 11th at Kegel Harley-Davidson®.
Registration opens at 9AM on the front lot, with kickstands up at 10AM sharp as the group heads out on a scenic ride to Sweet-Delights in Genoa for a well-earned sweet treat.
After all, every great ride deserves a great reward.
Once everyone has satisfied their craving, the ride will return to Kegel H-D® where we'll keep the good times rolling with a hot dog lunch served from Noon to 2PM, while supplies last.
Whether you're coming for the ride, the sweets, the lunch, or simply to support an outstanding organization, you'll be part of a day filled with motorcycles, community, and a cause that truly matters.
There is a suggested donation of $10 per rider or $5 for lunch-only, with all proceeds benefiting the mission of B.A.C.A.®
ABOUT B.A.C.A.® - BLACKHAWK CHAPTER
B.A.C.A. Mission Statement:
"Bikers Against Child Abuse, Inc. (B.A.C.A.) exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. We exist as a body of Bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. We stand ready to lend support to our wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. We work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children. We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child that this child is part of our organization, and that we are prepared to lend our physical and emotional support to them by affiliation, and our physical presence. We stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse. We do not condone the use of violence or physical force in any manner, however, if circumstances arise such that we are the only obstacle preventing a child from further abuse, we stand ready to be that obstacle."
