JULIUS KEGEL AND WIFE HURT WHEN MOTORCYCLE IS CROWDED OFF HIGHWAY
Freeporters In Serious Accident; Both in Hospital at Elgin
Word has been received that Juluis Kegel, 40, of the Kegel Cycle Sale company, suffered a fractured arm and other injuries, and Mrs. Kegel lacerations and bruises when the motorcycle in which they were riding was forced off a curve near Elgin Sunday morning, while en route to a hill climbing contest which was to take place at Cary, Ill.
Both are patients at St. Joseph's hospital, Elgin, and no further particulars have been received as to the accident. Joseph Kegel, of Rockford, a brother of Julius, left for Elgin this morning.
