Ride to the Rivets Stadium

IF YOU DID NOT PRE-REGISTER YOU ARE WELCOME TO RIDE WITH US TO THE STADIUM HOWEVER WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GUARENTEE YOU A TICKET OR PARKING AT THE GAME.

Join Kegel Harley-Davidson as we Ride to Rivets Stadium - 4503 Interstate Blvd  Loves Park, IL 61111 - for their opening night game on Friday, May 31st!

Kickstands Up at 4:30pm SHARP as the parking lot at Rivets Stadium opens at 5pm.

Each rider who pre-registered by 10am Friday, May 24th will receive a pair of tickets to the game and free parking for that night!

If you would like ride a player from the Rockford Rivets team onto the field at the start of the game but did not indicate so when registering please contact Rachel at the Kegel Marketing & Events office at 815-332-7125 ext 216 or email rachel@kegelhd.com as we do have a spots left! (this is limited to 30 volunteers!). 

Just a few things to remember if you are joining us for this ride:

• By pre-registering you have ensured a pair of tickets to the night's game (1 for you and 1 for a passenger or guest) as well as a parking pass for your ride. You will receive these when you show up at the dealership before the ride leaves on Friday, May 31st.
  
  
• KSU is at 4:30pm sharp. This is to ensure we are able to get up to the stadium - 4503 Interstate Blvd, Loves Park, IL 61111 - right as the parking lot opens at 5pm as it is expected to be a packed. The later we get there, the more likely we are to get stuck in traffic outside the stadium.
  
  
• If you are riding a player onto the field please let the parking attendant know as they will direct you where to go. If for any reason you know that you will not be able to make it to the stadium by 5:30pm and need to forfeit riding a player onto the field please let Rachel in the Kegel Marketing & Events Office know  ASAP by calling 815-332-7125 ext 216 or email rachel@kegelhd.com as these spots are limited to the first 30 volunteers and there may be a waitlist of others waiting for the opportunity.
  
  
• Rivets Stadium is a cashless venue, meaning bring a debit or credit card if you are planning on purchasing food & beverage, souvenirs, etc. The only locations inside the venue that accept cash are the Kids Zone and 50/50 Raffle.
  
  
• Guns/weapons of any kind are not allowed into the stadium. Fans that have a Conceal and Carry Permit may NOT bring weapons into the ballpark for games, as games are classified as special events.
  
  
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. It is also illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. Rivets Stadium reserves the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of management and its employees and also reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason.
  
  
• Carry-ins of food and drink are not allowed at Rivets Stadium.
  
  
• Fan Conduct: The Rivets are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans. We ask all fans to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.  Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior are subject to ejection from the ballpark. The Rivets thank you for adhering to their fan code of conduct.
