Who remembers the year Santa rode in the holiday parade downtown on a Harley???
As seen here from a November '99 edition of the Rockford Register Star, the caption reads: "Jerry Bursing chauffeurs Santa Claus on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle down Madison Street in Rockford during Sunday's Holiday Parade. After the parade, Santa lit the community Christmas tree and the 11th annual Festival of Lights."
